Booking Policies
Check-in & Check-out
We offer flexible check-in and check-out based on availability and your booking schedule. If you require early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount. No-shows are non-refundable.
ID at Check-in
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Accepted documents: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or any Government ID.
No Smoking Policy
Parvata Retreat is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas including rooms, corridors, and dining spaces. Designated outdoor areas may be used.
Pets
We love animals, but pets are not permitted on the premises at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you and your family for a wonderful stay.
